My Background

As a former collegiate softball player, I truly understand the pressure that comes with the "student-athlete" label. What’s often overlooked is the challenge of discovering who you are when that title is no longer part of your identity.

I graduated from Howard Payne University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, where I also played collegiate softball. In 2024, I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas. Since completing my education, I have gained experience across multiple levels of care, including inpatient hospitals, community mental health, schools, residential treatment, and IOP and PHP programs, working with individuals across a wide range of mental health concerns.
